the hotel was impeccably clean throughout my visit i noticed the fresh roses daily adding a lovely detail the pool area was very well maintained i watched staff clean it each morning i particularly enjoyed having an atm available directly inside the hotel for safe access to cash.
the air conditioning in my room was a bit loud it also seemed to leak a little.

i found breakfast to be particularly great it presented many choices i enjoyed the restaurant staff they were very professional there was a dedicated chef available specifically to make eggs.

my suite was spacious i noticed it was newly decorated the bed was very comfortable i appreciated the blackout curtains they effectively kept the room dark the room included two sinks which was really convenient.

the hotel featured a large swimming pool i saw it being cleaned daily the gym had three treadmills i saw two stationary bikes i found the security arrangements at the hotel to be effective giving me a sense of safety.

the location was close to menara mall. the pool provided good sun coverage. the staff served drinks by the pool. the hotel provided a quiet relaxing environment.
i found that wifi never worked and neither did ac. i also did not get any soap in the shower. there were also no shampoo and no cream.
