I had mixed feelings about my stay at this hotel. While the location is convenient and the pool is nice, the service and room conditions left much to be desired. I was particularly disappointed with the lack of basic amenities and cleanliness issues. Overall, it's a decent place but definitely needs some improvements.

The room I first got was quite disappointing. There was black mold in the bathroom, the toilet seat was broken, and the beds were odd with double mattresses stacked on top of each other. After a complaint, I was moved, but I still wasn't impressed. The second room was better, but definitely not what I would expect from a four-star hotel.

Service was lacking, especially at the front desk. I felt ignored and the staff seemed reluctant to address my issues. I had a hard time getting a manager to speak with me, which added to my frustrations during the stay.
